Need Help

My husband and I have COBRA insurance through DOW Chemical Company for 2026. Made no changes from 2025. Dow did split the prescription coverage from AETMA Advantage to Silver Scripts (Aetna subsidiary). My husband received a Silver Scripts card but I have not. I cannot get my prescriptions filled and I have Stage 4 cancer. Our premium has been deducted from the bank and I have the Benefit Summary confirming the benefit. Cancer medication is expensive and I have new prescriptions. I have called 9 times in January, spent over 16 hours on hold or being transferred. I call DOW, then I get transferred to Aetna, Medicare, Cobra, Silver Scripts and even CVS. They all blame each other. Next week first of February I am contacting a disability attorney. Any other suggestions?
