🌠 Look up, Pearland — 2026 is about to be a good year for night-sky nerds.
News · 1/2/2026
From January’s icy Quadrantids to December’s firework-level Geminids, 2026 is stacked with meteor showers you can actually see without a telescope or a PhD.
Fun fact: every meteor you see is a tiny piece of space debris hitting Earth’s atmosphere at tens of thousands of miles per hour… and burning up just for our entertainment. Science is generous like that.
Grab a blanket, ditch the city lights if you can, and give your phone a break for five minutes. Your eyes will do the rest. We’ll keep sharing local sky events, weather conditions, and the best viewing nights — because Pearland deserves a heads-up when the universe puts on a show.
