Budget Snapshot

  • Pearland ISD’s adopted 2025–26 budget anticipates approximately $4.4 million in surplus. District projections show revenues near $285 million and expenses around $280 million.

District officials have indicated that a significant portion of the projected surplus will be directed toward facility maintenance and capital renewal needs.

Bond Progress

Bond-funded projects and capital updates are expected to remain a recurring agenda topic throughout the year.
